[VIDEO INTERVIEW] The state of LGBTQ+ travel in 2025

plus: happy LGBTQ+ travel news stories!

Hello and welcome to my first-ever video post—and for good reason!

This week, I had the good fortune to sit down with two absolute powerhouse members of the global LGBTQ+ travel community:

Together, the three of us talked a bit about my book, The LGBTQ+ Travel Guide for Lonely Planet, and discussed the state of LGBTQ+ travel in 2025, including how queer-friendly travel relates to Pride events like World Pride in DC next month, the IGLTA Convention in Palm Springs this October, Gay Games in Valencia in 2026, and more.

You can check out a sneak preview of our chat above, or watch the full video interview on the Pink Media YouTube channel here.
